That was one of the things I really loved about #BEMEGA is because as mortgage coach scales, we get bigger and have world domination. We also need to have other team leaders and leaders in the organization. When it comes to leading a large company, it's very hard to spread myself out that thin.

So having someone assist with kind of identifying and growing and recruiting those team leaders has been such a game changer. And I think it will really speed up our growth. We'll get that much bigger and better, faster. You watch out. You have no idea. Your opportunity, my systems, and us working together, this energy, it's, it's a killer combination.

It's pretty sexy. So you don't know, what you don't know, unless there's somebody that sort of tells you a couple of steps ahead, there's no way of knowing, right? So I think that's where mentorship really comes in a huge way, whether it's for team leaders or agents, it's having somebody that tells you the next couple of steps and it accelerates that learning and that growth. I just want to make a heartfelt thank you to Dustin Pritchard, who has taken me on and has become a mentor to me as part of the mentorship program that he runs with the #BEMEGA mentors. This Stacked Mentorship is absolutely phenomenal, but moreover than just the program itself is, the care that I think Dustin shows to every one of the mentors inside the program.

He being the master mentor of all of all of us, but he's done a great job and Dustin, I can't thank you enough. The program has been amazing. I've hit my target. Well in advance of the scheduled dates that I'm supposed to be hitting them. So, you know, I can't thank you enough and I know you're doing wonders for my team, the amount of care and compassion that you show not only towards me, but to my team and all of us hitting our goals is absolutely phenomenal.

The thing I love most about the #BEMEGA Mentors System is the support and ideas I receive from Dustin & other leaders in our group. Collaboration is so valuable in business, and the program has provided me with a group of like-minded individuals who are all working towards their goals. I can't express how much their support has meant to me.

I have grown so much as an agent & a leader working with Dustin & #BEMEGA. I have grown 4 new team members in the last month alone, where I had 11 team members that took me a couple of years.

I've known Dustin going on two years. And you know, I still live with his quote... "Stop eating the bullshit sandwich." and I am thrilled to say that I have officially gotten rid of that bullshit sandwich.

I am now on board with #BEMEGA. Not only in that, he actually talked to one of my biggest, biggest, biggest team leaders in our company. And I'm talking, he's the number one in our company and we are now going to be working together to launch #BEMEGA within our corporate.

I've been in this company for now two years and I am growing into a ginormous, beautiful goldfish right now. And I'm working my up to be a shark, but you know, just within these past 72 hours of being in #BEMEGA, you know, something just flipped in my brain.

It was just like, you know what? Forget this small market that I'm in. I'm going to go hit the bigger market. Shark time.

I was 400 pounds at one point, I had to go to bed with an oxygen mask, I had gluten allergies, I couldn't eat anything, I was very restricted, waking up crying, angry, and I should be dead right now. That's what the doctors told me.

And I'm here today, grateful to be living and sharing my story, story with everybody else. It's just knowledge and sharing and educating and mentoring people through any kind of life circumstance so they can grow into the lifestyle and opportunity that they want, and to grow into the person that they want to be.

And working with Dustin and #BEMEGA, he really helped me step into my superpower of a professional networker. I'm just so grateful for the people around me, supporting me in my corner, and I know I'm enough, and I'm just so grateful for the, for the next turn in my adventure.
