Introduction

#BEMEGA Mentors is an online platform providing information products and services focused on personal and professional development. By signing up for a membership, members agree to these terms and conditions.

Membership

Membership with #BEMEGA Mentors is on a month-to-month basis. All payments are final. Members can cancel anytime by emailing

. #BEMEGA Mentors reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time with or without cause, upon notice.

Members will have access to all courses and materials provided during their membership term. All content is owned by #BEMEGA Mentors and cannot be reproduced or distributed without consent.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, based on the selected membership option. Payment is charged to the provided payment method upon purchase confirmation. Canceling the subscription disables automatic renewal, but access remains active for the current period.

Income Disclaimer

Members understand that #BEMEGA Mentors does not guarantee specific income or results. Outcomes may vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.

Non-Solicitation

Members agree not to solicit agents, employees, or other members for any reason, including recruiting or sales. Violations may result in membership termination without a refund and potential legal action.

Media Release and Content Usage

By participating in #BEMEGA Mentors programs, members grant unlimited permission to #BEMEGA Mentors to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and any content or submissions (including testimonials, feedback, and video submissions) in all forms of media, including promotional, advertising, and marketing materials. This permission is granted without limitation, compensation, or need for additional approvals.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with other referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between #BEMEGA Mentors and its members, superseding all prior agreements.

Modifications

#BEMEGA Mentors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or the website. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Non-Interference

#BEMEGA Mentors will not interfere with a mentee's choice of mentor or sponsor and is committed to providing a supportive environment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

#BEMEGA Mentors may change these terms at any time, with members notified via email. Members can cancel if they disagree with changes.

Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and other published policies constitute the entire agreement regarding membership and website use. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms continue in effect.
